Shahjalal University Photographers' Association (SUPA) is among the forerunners and is one of the most prestigious when it comes to cultural organizations of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. SUPA has a rich history of practicing photography and promoting its exercise and culture both on campus and outside.
Though time and situation has changed and shaped SUPA and its members along the way, the journey that started 30 years ago with the slogan “Photography for Mankind with Artistry” continues today with the same pioneering spirit.
At the time of writing this, SUPA stands on achievements such as conducting 38 Basic Photography Courses, 6 Advance Photography Courses, 5 Intra-campus Art Exhibitions and Contests, 2 National and 4 International Photography Exhibitions held at multiple venues.
